First of all we have to know what are priority order of taking vitals

Routine vitals -TPR &BP

Emergency vitals -P,R,BP & T

Newborn -R,P,T & BP

Intervals of taking vitals

1.Blood transfusion -10-15 minutes after initiation, hourly, and 30 minutes after blood administration is complete

2.immediate PPH- every 15 minutes for two hours

3.During latent phase of labour- 2-hourly

4.During the active phase of the first stage of labour-every 30 minutes
